Refund policy

We don't have refund policy but we are happy to accept the exchange.
As an independent brand, we offer exchange on any unworn items within 3 days post delivery and at a charge of & ₹250 paid by the customer (prepaid).

The items must be unharmed, not worn or altered, and must have all original security seals still attached.

Please note that purchases of sale items are final.

Orders once placed has to be cancelled before 10 hours or else the order can't be cancelled. Also cancellation charges for order is ₹500.

You can exchange your order with the same product in a different size.

During sale periods, a ₹350 exchange fee will be applicable to cover shipping and handling costs, as products are offered at highly discounted prices.

Please note that due to high demand during sales, exchange items and sizes may sell out quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order. For sizing assistance, please contact us via DM or email at orders@bluebrew.in

Shipping policy:

Once the order has been received, we process and ship the order within 4-7 working days

International Orders (Outside India) once received, we process and ship the order within 7-10 working days

Blue Brew is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to Bad Weather, Bank Holidays and weekends, Natural Disaster. We advice you to connect with the courier company directly with the tracking number you have recieved for your order

SIZING

Some of the garments have a different fit and maybe a loose fit. Please refer to the “SIZE GUIDE” section on the shop page. We recommend sticking to your size even for the oversized fit.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After placing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking id via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Send an email to orders@bluebrew.in or whatsapp on 8097315069 including your full name, order number and photo's of the product clearly visible from front and back as it appears on your order confirmation.

The exchange will only be accepted if they are unworn, and with the tag still on.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY EXCHANGE ITEMS?

The customer is responsible for the cost of the complete exchange of an item. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, BLUE BREW will cover the cost of the exchange and shipping charges.
