Delivery Information

The product will get delivered within 5 – 8 working days.

International Orders (Outside India) once received, are delivered within 12-15 working days

Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not covered as working days

Blue Brew is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to Bad Weather, Bank Holidays and weekends, Natural Disaster. We advice you to connect with the courier company directly with the tracking number you have recieved for your order

The exactness of the Product -

The images of the items on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

EXCHANGE POLICY

WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT EXCHANGE. AS AN INDEPENDENT BRAND, WE OFFER EXCHANGE ON ANY UNWORN ITEMS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY and at a charge of 250 paid by the customer. THE ITEMS MUST BE UNHARMED, NOT WORN OR ALTERED AND MUST HAVE ALL THE TAGS INTACT. PLEASE NOTE THAT PURCHASES OF SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

If the items purchased on sale needs to be exchanged due to issue in sizing then the customer will have to pay the full price of the product (MRP - Price already paid during Discount) + ₹250 for Exchange

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Send an email to connect@bluebrew.in or whatsapp on 8097315069 including your full name, order number and photo's of the product clearly visible from front and back as it appears on your order confirmation

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if they are unworn, and with the tag still on.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY EXCHANGE ITEMS?

The customer is responsible for the cost of complete exchange of an item. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, BLUE BREW will cover the cost of the exchange and shipping charges.
